Returns & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your item, please e-mail us at sales@totsshopinc.com. Here at Tots Shop we want you to love your items however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or store credit ONLY. Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded, customer must pay for return shipping.
